Jason Derulo is releasing his music video for “If It Ain’t Love,” 15 seductive seconds at a time.
The Everything is 4 singer has a new single coming to the social video network musical.ly, which allows you to create and share 15-second music videos. The clip is set to premiere Monday.
While most of the videos found on musical.ly are amateur — fans lip-syncing and dancing along to their favorite songs — this marks the first time a major artist has premiered an official music video on the network.
Derulo's video will be unveiled via fourteen 15-second videos. New users will see the video as soon as they download the musical.ly app, while existing users can find the video by searching the hashtag #ifitaintlove.
“musical.ly is one of those things that I love personally and has been such a dope way for me to connect with my fans," the singer said in a statement toMashable. "I'm really excited to debut my new music video on musical.ly and can't wait for people to see it."
